the thing is, Linux feels cooler and with a lot of potential.
but Android, despite Google (and vendors in general, this comes from long ago) actively making it worse, is so nicely architectured. it's such a nice experience to build stuff on it.
labor stuff@star oh, I meant flexibility like: in my current job I essentially take vacation whenever I feel like and can work from wherever if needed. that'd be completely not possible as a train driver. I'd have more vacation days, but less agency on when I'd take them.
