sometimes I get this feeling that software engineering might not have that much future anymore, or at least not as appealing, and that maybe I should look for something new

but it's also true that it does give a lot of flexibility, which is my main interest nowadays. besides, work is work, I should not try to glorify it, it'll never be what makes me happy

@kitten I was going to say isn’t there a pretty tall minimum height you have to be to see over the dashboards (at least in main-line trains) … but then I remembered you’re actually physically about the same height as me, it just feels to me like you’re so much smaller 😌

@kitten Not really age play, no, it’s … in order to feel like I can dominate someone, I have to feel like I’m bigger than them. It’s not about actual physical size – one of my ex-partners whom I was dominant with was over 190 cm – but I can still feel like I’m looking down at them even if we’re standing face to face and, really, physically looking up into their eyes
