most stuff has been packed, tomorrow and friday it will do two more checks that it got everything it needs

further it will finish cleaning its room so that it can leave in good conciouseness

also bringing down the glass trash is important too!

the wanderlust has overtaken it and it will starts its journay a day early (i.e. tomorrow morning) with the first stop being frankfurt am main

(it will also post all further updates on its journey in this thread)

it will try to post travelynx and träwelling links in this thread too, so should it be in a train you are in or have a change over in a station you are at, then feel free to say hi

it will also try to remember to post the different legs in advance with details.

for leg I: it will depart in Saarbrücken in the early morning to travel to Frankfurt am Main (eta around 9:00), there it will take pictures of trains and the city before going to its hotel.

leg II: it will travel from Frankfurt am Main to Aachen via Cologne, in Aachen it will stay from the 2nd to the 4th, so if entities want they can meet it there either at the flinta crusing or just somewhere taking picturea of the city

the eternal urge to just continously travel vs the fact that life is homophobic and realistically it can't transport everything it owns with it (also the government and other orgs want to send it letters and other annoying stuff) neobot_pensive

at least this journey will be able to tell it what it actually needs on its travels, which will allow it to strongly cut down on the stuff it owns ones it returns home

it also will need to look into a more efficent way to subdivide it hardcase for photoequipment (more diy improvements propably neocat_catmode )

what if we just extended interrail/eurorail to include all public transport in the countries it is accepted in and also remove the silly "not valid in country of residence" rule?

also what if we reduced the price and abolish mandatory reservations in trains?

it shot a bunch of train pictures already at FFM, now it will cool down a bit in the climatized DB lounge before maybe taking some pictures inside of the city or it will wait until it can check in at the hotel it will stay at so that it can drop off the heavy stuff

if any entities in frankfurt want to say hi, then they can just write it here or elsewhere neobot_angel

tomorrow it will depart for leg ii of its journey.

it will depart Frankfurt am Main at around 12:00 and then arrive in Aachen at around 14:00 with the ICE 314

then it will stay until the 4th in Aachen before departing for leg iii to the netherlands
