Hides legs from looks and the sun. Is sufficiently floaty for the summer. Can be worn with something else underneath in the winter. Make sure it has pockets!
if you find any good ones, let me know — have been looking for another one for years, but can't find anything that fits my criteria ( maybe I'll just have to learn how to sew them myself? )
