hm, why is "Sie" used here to refer to the climbing place, instead of "Es"?
Babbel sentence in German: Ah, ja! Die Kletterhalle ist auch schön. Ich bin manchmal auch da, aber nicht so oft. Sie ist ein bisschen zu weit weg

@kitten rule of thumb: If something is an object or if someone or something has a gender, has absolutly nothing to do with its grammatical gender in germany...

For example: The girl - Das Mädchen

Das Mädchen hat hübsche Schuhe und es hat Locken.
The "es" refers to the Mädchen in this case...
