horny, but not related to the above I slept for like one more hour and in that time my mind decided to give me a horny dream. because making it easy for me to wake up and go to the clinic was clearly off the table

food @kitten bring snacks with you. Eat one immediately after your sample is taken. Fast-absorbing sugars preferably (they will probably measure your baseline sugar blood or something that depends on it and eating anything will completely throw that off). Then make sure to eat something hearty and filling for lunch.
