what the hell that's not how it works Android, if I want to wake at 07:00 I want to wake at 07:00 regardless of the timezone

@kitten usually that sets hardware timers, as to also work directy after reboots when the system isnt unlocked yet. also, better for power usage.
so yeah it set the timer, and then our perception of time changed afterwards
