@kitten fwiw, I've always been torn on those charge limits. I totally believe that capping the charge at 80% will preserve the battery's health. But on the other hand, I often need that extra 20% now, not in a few years when my full-charge-cycle battery is losing its capacity.
@kitten for me it's not even the practicality of it (fast charging is indeed pretty fast; and I do tend to top-up during the day). Just the routine of charging the phone while I charge myself (i.e. sleep) seems the way to do it
