a couple years ago or so I kinda made the decision of just embracing my own quirks and desires, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made

@kitten very much moving in that direction too. Not worrying too much whether any of that might make me unemployable or whatever - just be me (for various definitions of "me").

for me it's more like a comforting thing than a whole different personality, but still, it does feel very nice to be able to just be open about it
