I don't get it, doesn't statement A say essentially the same as statement B?
A: Ordnen Sie die Ausdrücke unten den Bildern zu und ergänzen Sie die Sätze. B: Sehen Sie die Bilder an und ergänzen Sie die Sätze.

@kitten more or less, A says combine the expressions written upside down with the half sentences, B says write your own

@kitten (no it doesn’t say upside down, it just says use that in a very nonspecific way. This is bad workbook writing and would also lead to half of the class doing their homework wrong in a school in Germany)
