Hardware Geeks. Newb Halp?

I'm looking for a tutorial for wiring a single mechanical Keyboard switch (cherry mx) onto an ESP32-C6 board‡ and using it to control things via Zigbee.

This is the closest example I've found
esp32io.com/tutorials/esp32-button

But i feel like it's dealing with issues I'm not going to have with a keyboard switch.

‡ Yeah, I know the c6 isn't meaningfully relevant to the tutorials.

I found this example code github.com/espressif/esp-zigbee-sdk/blob/main/examples/esp_zigbee_HA_sample/HA_on_off_switch/main/esp_zb_switch.c

which i THINK is perfect, and i THINK i just need to tell it what pins I wired the switch to BUT there's no effing comments & i don't know which lines to change or if there's anything else i need to change. 😢

And I'm not really sure what the right way to open & flash this with arduino IDE is and and and… just out of my depth and stressing.

@masukomi definitely that it's how you configure it. I know espressif's sdk has a menuconfig thing that let's you configure those values seamlessly
