I don't even think it's an USA vs Europe thing, I just discovered it a couple weeks ago ​:neocat_laugh_sweat:​
it's a cream, kinda like peanut butter texture, but with biscuit flavor, kiiiinda like lotus biscuit flavor, maybe with a slight touch of cinnamon. so the other day I saw there's a version of that with crunchy bits in it instead of just being a smooth cream
food@masukomi I mean it tastes quite good, both the crunchy and the not crunchy version, they have a soft enough flavor to not make it too much. it's just that the crunchy version has a very unsmooth texture that is not common for crepes
