lewd@kitten the answer is that estrogen kinda "rewires" your nerves. what you're feeling is more akin to a full body orgasm which you can do pre-hrt with prostate orgasms (ask me how i know i am queen of sticking things up my ass). i bet it's a bit more intense with hrt
lewd@theking@kitten it's part HRT, but I'm pretty sure it's also part psychology. I was able to get such orgasms basically with "fake it until you make it", long edging, focus on the whole body not just genitals, etc - even before HRT. The HRT did help though.
