diapers, lewd @kitten Heavily depends on the other person of course, but if I were the other person and I knew you're wearing diapers, and that you're peeing in them, I'd probably assume that they might not be clean when you're taking them off, and either be okay with that (or, you know, very much okay), or ask you to take a shower or something.

But, I mean, of course underpants are an option too.

If you and I had sex and I got to choose, I would try the "full experience" at least once.
