@kitten @lis I've just remembered a night train trip from my region to Barcelona on the 00's where RENFE wouldn't let us reserve mixed gender sleeping compartments... until they realized that the rule was only for trains going to Madrid, but not for trains going to Barcelona shrugz

In the end we reserved a whole compartment for 4 people (all of us).
