misinformation fun fact: commuter rail networks in the region of Madrid don't have a "line 6". this is because in their culture that number signifies bad omen.

misinformation not that it matters, since the network map is the only place where you'll see those numbers anyway

@kitten @guineu_roja see, for me, a good destination sign includes line number, line color, and destination (this display is actually not broken in reality, it’s just impossible to take a good photo of these LED displays). But can you imagine that on a 446?

@lis @guineu_roja I mean they could at least have it on those interior screens (the ones that are always powered off)

@lis @kitten I'll just say that it makes absolutely zero sense that in a station with 10+ platforms and trains every minute, the trains don't show their line (even INSIDE) and you have to somehow learn the terminal station of each line because that's the only thing they say. ESPECIALLY if for some god forsaken reason you decide to have trains going both ways in the same platform

@guineu_roja @kitten especially with a network structure as weird as Madrid's. But at least their terminal stations usually sound different to each other, unlike Martorell and Manresa neocat_woozy
