@kitten@littlefox Because there's no agreed upon definition of “stayed" and "visited" so I went with visited for holidays and reserved stayed for like... temporary living
@littlefox@kitten@olivvybee already realising I've forgotten a few of the US ones though: South Carolina I've visited, Indiana I've stayed at, and I'd probably upgrade Washington State to Lived at.
work travel is so confusing to keep track of, and for many years I kept adding road trips onto every visit.
but I've loved travel from the moment I could afford to do so, which was about aged 25, and decided to be one of those people who seldom to never holidays at the same place, and always seeks out the new... though that didn't prove true, Paris and Barcelona have become places I've been more than 20 times each.
there's a lot of travel going on... even in Spain I can tick off every major region, and about 20 cities... most people have done just a few.
in the UK I've been to a few hundred towns and almost every city (there's about 60-70 IIRC).
in Italy travel has been extensive.
the list just goes on.
this year I already have Japan, Australia, Canada, and lots of European countries on the list.
