re: diapers, poll @kitten i often have trouble with fit, or with the diaper stretching out over time and no longer being snug, so im very glad i have my diaper covers. they have saved me from so many leaks. whether that counts as underwear, up to interpretation

I feel the need to have something to "hold the diaper in place". If i have, like, baggy pants, the diaper can just sag freely. That feels sorta weird. So i'll wear additional underwear in that case.

I prefer a onesie with a crotch snap to achieve the same effect of added support. I guess that doesn't count as additional "underwear"? In most cases, this is what i'll wear instead of additional underwear.

So, yes, i definitely usually wear something on top of a diaper. But it's not always underwear, per se?

diapers, poll @kitten I did in the past but stopped. Though i will probably wear underwear over my diapers when wearing only a skirt in summer. Mostly to reduce the chance of the diaper being noticed, but also for support.

diapers, slightly mh- @kitten To be honest i would love to not hide. Just a diaper under a short skirt or dress. Or even just a diaper and a t-shirt. But sadly i don't really have the possibility for that currently.
