today's reached something new for me...it wasn't even a matter of raw strength or pain, I think I've had "worse" in that regard. it was just so much, so sudden, so relentless, that I couldn't avoid bursting into tears and just intensely sobbing in a way that I hadn't before.
it felt so... genuine... it completely overrode any kind of control over my own emotions
