beyond any other rationalizations, at this point I think stopping would just make me generally uncomfortable and... sad.
from my experience, any good(-enough) diaper should keep the smell just fine for some hours. talcum powder helps too. so, yeah, as long as it doesn't overdo it, that should be alright
