Ok I fucking give up.

What should I use to self-host email?

At the moment I'm looking at mail in a box, mailu or iRedMail

I want:
No slop
Open source
Good security track record

@LilaHexe I just go with Postfix as MTA + Dovecot as LDA

I haven't looked thoroughly for if they use AI coding, but at least it's not apparent (and Postfix.......once you look at its docfiles, you'll trust it 🫣)

@LilaHexe I'm not the biggest expert, but I've been dealing with this stuff for the past months, so feel free to ask 👀
