yay, it's IPv6 day for this house.

also yay as it means 2 x 1Gbps connections will exist from 2 different providers.

it's taken a while for my London street to get good internet, and then 2 providers opened service in a relatively short amount of time, and I figure just subscribe to them both and put the worst of them as a failover.

latency on FTTP is down to 3ms to popular sites, on cable it was 15ms.

ip6.dee.kitchen now works fine for me from home, IPv6 things working everywhere.

the Openreach engineer did not know what to make of the minirack of Unifi equipment, but liked that I could confirm it working within a few moments of him having done his test
