@airtower yeah, but I've procrastinated this a bit, and I'm not sure if I have time to secure that
the key issue is, I changed jobs that year, so from the "problematic" company I got 3 payrolls + a settlement pay (partial payroll essentially). the tax they said they paid (on my name) on that settlement is exactly what the tax agency says is missing. so clearly something went wrong there.
