I wonder, what would happen if I get a Spain-discounted Interrail pass, which supposedly are exclusively for travel in July, August, and September, on September 30th, considering the pass is theoretically usable for the next 2 months

it would go against the terms, but... the pass doesn't say anything about it, so I don't know how would they be able to know
