bah, i need to fix my broken dynamic DNS setup before i go to the UK

otherwise i won’t be able to make it seem like my house is haunted by turning the lights on and off from 1000 km away

the problem is i have no idea why it’s broken and i can only test it once every so often when my ISP actually gives us a new IP address 🫠

@dpk what if: you manually change the DNS record to something wrong, and see if your setup fixes it (?)

Of course I won’t find out until I try to connect to my NAS from the UK and can’t
