The main issue with Estradiol is oxidization AFAIR, which is primarily an issue when it gets into contact with air. As long as it is full and stored in an airproof manner I don't see that changing all that quickly...

@Fiona oh it's unused, it has the whole 56 sprayings left (not sure how isolated that whole mechanism is, but I'd assume good enough.....? who knows)
