nsfw, re: don't do this cis people don't work this way, trans stuff@kitten@navi@ayke oh noooooo. (VPNs aren't illegal yet quick before they get banned)
nsfw, re: don't do this cis people don't work this way, trans stuff@Lunaphied@kitten@navi was considering setting one up before leaving, might still do that
don't do this cis people don't work this way, trans stuff@kitten My memory and Wikipedia suggest that England and Wales do not actually have a specific law against women going topless? Only against intentionally alarming or distressing someone by exposing your genitals: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indecent_exposure#England_and_Wales
(Also kind of funny how in the article "They were replaced by an offence that is both gender neutral" is immediately followed by the law he/himming an arbitrary person.)
don't do this cis people don't work this way, trans stuff@kitten the way ive come to see it, a lot of people refuse to recognize me as a woman but they still see my body as a representation of a woman's body, and thus subject to the same restrictions as photographs of naked ladies
mentions nudity, don't do this cis people don't work this way, trans stuff@thibaultmol funnily enough in this case the issue could be they actually considering me a woman, since I've never interacted with the UK government before and so they'd have nothing to indicate or prove my previous legal gender marker
mentions nudity, don't do this cis people don't work this way, trans stuff@kitten oh, good point actually, hadn't even thought about it xd God this whole thing is so stupid....
