I want to buy a specific .cat domain, which has the requirement of being owned by someone in Catalonia or promoting Catalan culture, language, etc, etc.

I've noticed http.cat and others successfully just offer the site in Catalan... so this is my strategy too.

the site would be a simple page that brings key links on HRT together... i.e. all the links in the pinned post of mine and a few more, so that they can be shared more easily.

translation would be site title, description, and some link text.

I need to build it first, but wanted to make sure I could translate it first.
