@kitten This… this feels targeted /silly

Well it’s less that I need privacy and more that since HRT, my body doesn’t let me do it as easily, so it takes a while to intentionally loosen the muscles, even if the urge is strong.

that's usual at first. in my experience, as one starts to do it more and more, one's body gets used to it

now I sometimes wet my diapers even while walking
