@kitten also you can't even properly re-bind it under Linux because it's an asshole button combination (Win+Shift+F*23*)
but even if your DE supports numbers that high you might still won't be able to do anything because MS let manufacturers do whatever with the spec like "sure, go ahead" and some woke up and chose violence with the button pressing the above shortcut and immediately releasing it as well, making it impossible to even hold or anything
