So what would be more expensive a North Sea tunnel to the UK from NL, or access to the Channel tunnel from NL, by illegally tunneling deep under BE and not planning any stops there.Also can we do the same for a tunnel into Germany bypassing the Friesenbrucke. Just dig the thing and forget to tell the other country.
