@kitten I remember back when I used to work somewhere that did it.
A) always wait for the second alarm, 99% of the time it'll sort its self out. B) dont accept supporting things you dont know about. The only professional Ruby this one has done is at 3am trying to debug an alert.
@alina oh I kinda do. the only issue is that I feel like our current setup isn't properly set up and we get alerts for stuff that shouldn't really warranty an alert.
@kitten@alina@littlefox speaking from experience: you should also demand exponential multipliers for multiple incidents in the same night. That's a scenario that makes me feel really awful the next day. Of course I try to catch up on the sleep, but even of course I don't manage to sleep properly anyway.
