kink musings: names / honorifics / titles
i tend to completely forget that folks are often using a specific set of names and/or honorifics in their kinky dynamics … which i don't really do.so far, i've mostly addressed others by their usual name and been addressed this way as well. one reason might be, that i haven't found anything "special" yet, that would feel good to mew … the other being, that it can easily slip into something that feels artificial, like game of pretend. (Which i don't like.)
So folks usually end up using my first name. Sometimes also "Kitten", but that one has a bias towards the bottom side … which isn't intuitive to me, as this is just another common name people use to call me by, probably even more outside of kinky contexts. (Which is why i prefer it being capitalised like a name.)
It rarely ever happens someone call me Kitten when i'm on top …
In case we play and you want me to use some special way of addressing you, please tell me. And if in doubt about addressing me, just ask. Suggestions are often welcome, but don't expect too much. ^^"
