kinkI wish people in general were able to realize just how much comfort my collar and its attachments and the dynamics they represent give me, instead of jumping to sexual conclusions so quickly
@kitten removing kink cw because i don't think this is kink.
for me it's sensory too. I like my collar tight around my neck (of course i can always fit two fingers through so not tight enough to choke me). It's a choker. the leather of my collar feels nice on my neck. i wish i could wear it without constantly worrying about what other people think of me. am i gonna be accused of doing a kink thing? am i going to be shamed? etc
@kitten same goes for dog ears too. i have this headband with dog ears and i like to wear it. i feel cute in it. i don't like it being associated with just kink. i can be a puppy in a cute way it's not always a fetish.
@kitten i literally unironically wear tailplugs in nonsexual ways because the feeling of a soft tail between my legs is good for me sensory wise. petting my tail and wagging it genuinely calms me down sometimes. (i hate the fact i feel the need to clarify i dont do this in public). i think i am a bit therian (what a surprise). i dislike how much people look down on enjoying soft fur and animals as some weird fetish. even when it's not considered a fetish you get derogatory terms like "crazy cat lady" "horse girl" "white woman with a dog" etc like.
@puppygirlhornypost2 I totally get you (I have fluffy tails and ears myself and I didn't get them for sexual reasons), but noticing your account name made me chuckle a bit
(It's obviously not a contradiction: just because it's sometimes horny, it doesn't mean it's always horny. And maybe your horny posts are even completely unrelated to you being a puppy girl)
@puppygirlhornypost2@kitten im two years into wearing a collar basically all the time, i dont even think about it anymore, and ive never been confronted about it. it's just part of what i do, not a kink thing
@kitten to me, I don't have an association with my collar as marking me "owned" or whatever, it's more the feeling of being able to express myself alongside the tactile feedback
@puppygirlhornypost2@kitten for what itβs worth i have worn mine for most of two years and there hasnβt been a single weird raccomment about this and i live somwhat rurally
