and it's nice that my current circumstances don't cause me any trouble regarding that
tbh I noticed how... people tend to overcompensate and go the opposite way as it actually is with it :neocat_laugh_sweat:. one day we were commenting about dress codes and stuff and I mentioned how I sometimes wonder if anyone would see my collar as inappropriate, and a colleague answered like, "ah, you mean because they'd think is some kind of bdsm thing, right".
I didn't say anything at the time, but I was left with the thought of actually saying "nono, it is a kinky thing. and I consider that okay."

tbh I sometimes forget how... "willfully unaware" people can be
like, you see how I've worn it for a while already, every single day, regardless of my outfit, and that it has a lock hanging from it (I assume they've seen). I appreciate you not making assumptions, but... :neocat_laugh_sweat:
