It's a kind of affection, it's a fun thing to do together, it's nice from a sensory and/or emotional perspective. And with very, very few exceptions, I'm just not interested in involving genitals in any of this, which is why I personally don't like to get involved in the sort of kink that centers around it, implicitly or explicitly.
